Your details and the Opportunity Report.

This notice covers the Front Office Opportunity Report and this website’s analytics. It supplements the AgentFront Privacy Policy. Parallel International Pty Ltd (ABN 78 700 934 863), trading as AgentFront, is the collecting entity.

What we collect, and why

Public website facts. If you enter your agency website, we fetch up to four pages of it (the address you typed, its contact page, and its for-sale and for-rent index pages) and make one lookup of your domain’s public mail records. From these we suggest the agency name, state, contact paths, advertised hours, the listing counts your own site displays, and your website and email platforms, each shown with its source and date for you to confirm or correct. We read nothing else, contact nobody, and submit nothing.

Your corrections. The service mix, CRM, email platform and listing counts you confirm or correct. Only the listing counts set the report’s figures; the other details personalise its wording, and the CRM and platform selections tell us whether AgentFront currently fits your stack. None of it is scored or ranked.

Nearby agencies. When the section is enabled, we query the Google Places API under licence for real estate agencies near your office and show the most-reviewed ones in your private report. This uses only the business facts above (name, phone, state); no personal information is sent.

Your email address at the gate. The one required detail, used to deliver the private report link and for follow-up about this result, as stated beside the button. A personal (non-corporate) address is fine.

Nothing sensitive. The assessment never asks for, and you should not enter, tenant, buyer, seller or landlord personal information, call recordings or message content.

How the report is delivered and stored

The report opens immediately at a private link containing an unguessable 256-bit token, and the same link is emailed to you. The link is excluded from search engines three ways, is never listed publicly, and stops working after 180 days. We store the report (context, answers, result), your gate details, consent state and delivery status in AgentFront’s own database on Cloudflare’s infrastructure; the access token itself is stored only as a hash.

Follow-up you can expect

Delivering the report is never conditional on marketing consent. After delivery you may receive a short sequence of emails about this result: what the figures mean, an offer to validate them with real call and inbox metadata, and where AgentFront came from. Every email identifies AgentFront as the sender and carries a working one-click stop link that halts the sequence immediately. We send no broader marketing without a separate opt-in, and there is currently nothing to opt in to.

Analytics on this site

We measure how the site and the assessment are used with first-party event collection forwarded to PostHog, a US-based analytics provider, which means analytics events are processed overseas. Events carry an anonymous random identifier and non-identifying categories only: no names, no email addresses, no phone numbers, no agency names or websites, no free text and no report links, enforced by an allowlist in the site’s code. We honour your browser’s Do Not Track setting, use no advertising trackers, and run no session recording.

Overseas processing

Report emails are sent through Resend and analytics are processed by PostHog, both of which process data in the United States; the nearby-agencies lookup is processed by Google. The report database runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. The AgentFront Privacy Policy describes our providers and their safeguards in more detail.

Correction, removal and questions

Every report page has a remove control that disables the link and withdraws the stored report immediately. You can also reply to any report email, or write to kevin@agentfront.au, to correct a public fact we got wrong, fix your details, or have everything deleted.
